Way of the Viking is a community of men brought together with one simple aim....to feel positive about life!!
By focusing on the physical, mental, spiritual and communal aspects of fitness and health we aim to create a support network, and a sense of belonging with other men seeking challenge, adventure, camaraderie, competition and good laughs along the way.
The aim of the programme is to keep you accountable to daily tasks that are set out purely to move you forwards in each of the realms of personal development spoken of above.
There is a strong team element to the programme and many men find this fills a void left from no longer participating in team sports or for some, their first chance to ever have that type of environment.
But most importantly it is for men who want to feel their best in life.....and are willing to commit to doing the tasks that will enable that to occur
